BUILDING RECLAMATION AGENT MADE OF WASTE FROM BUILDING, DEMOLITION, AND DISMANTLING OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, SOILS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E21C41/32 E01C3/04

Abstract RU 2781130 C1

FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the reclamation of disturbed lands, petroleum-contaminated lands, sludge fields, sludge storage tanks, and landfills for industrial and household waste, and can be applied in building road networks and landscaping. Building reclamation agent made of waste from building, demolition, and dismantling of buildings and structures, non-contaminated soils, constituting a dry fraction mixture, contains two fractions; wherein the first fraction is a crushed mixture of building and building demolition waste excluding wood waste, with a granule size from 20 to 80 mm, with a moisture content not above 20%, and the second fraction is a mixture of a fraction of building and building demolition waste with a natural non-contaminated soil with a granule size from 10 to 20 mm. Building waste of hazard classes 4—5 with an averaged density of 0.8 to 1.1 t/m3, excluding polymers, rubber, metals, and wood waste, is used as the raw material. The reclamation agent contains the first and the second fractions in the following ratio, wt.%: first fraction 70 to 85, second fraction 15 to 30, and additionally natural biological reagents - powdered shungite, humic acids, native soil bacteria in the amount of: 1.8 kg of natural biological reagents per 1 ton of the crushed mixture of building waste and non-contaminated soils in the reclamation of petroleum-contaminated objects, slurry dumps, and sludge fields; 100 grams of natural biological reagents per 1 ton of crushed mixture of building waste and non-contaminated soils in the reclamation of slurry storage tanks and industrial waste landfills. Natural biological reagents are taken in the following ratio, wt.%: powdered shungite 45 to 52; humic acids 45 to 47; native soil bacteria 1 to 10.

EFFECT: creation of a broadly targeted reclamation agent with high operating characteristics from waste from building, demolition, and dismantling of buildings and structures.
