FIELD: pipeline fittings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves, namely to safety valve used for emergency pressure release on pipelines with aggressive media, as well as in vessels for storage and transportation of aggressive media in chemical, oil-refining, power and other industries, where aggressive media are transported, stored and recycled. Safety valve consists of housing, cover and working member, wherein working member is made in form of membrane from polymer composite material, having shape of ball segment with reinforced central part and installed perimeter between flanges of housing and cover above inlet channel of branch pipe, made in middle part of housing cavity coaxially to ledge located on inner surface of cover and centering regulating return spring, installed between membrane and cover, wherein housing and cover are made of corrosion-resistant polymer composite materials and are connected by threaded connection (version 1) or by bolt joint along flanges made on outer surface (version 2). Membrane is made of fiber reinforced with fiber or fiber of fluoroplastic.
EFFECT: invention increases corrosion resistance under conditions of high aggressive medium with preservation of low dimensions and weight, and also provides reliable automatic actuation when pressure reaches emergency level.
