FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building of deep-level metro systems, in particular, to building of single-vault stations in solid clay or semi-rocky soils. According to the method, a mine shaft and an approach heading are constructed. Then, a monolithic chamber with sprayed concrete supports and a monolithic reinforced concrete lining is constructed by a mining method using a selective-action heading machine. Then, from the monolithic chamber, the selective-action heading machine is used for mechanised heading of support tunnels with four faces with sprayed concrete lining. The supports of the vault are then concreted in the support tunnels. Then, block-laying trusses with milling machines are then mounted in the monolithic chamber and mechanised calotte heading is performed with two faces with an assembled block lining apparatus. Then the selective-action heading machine is used to develop the section core and the trough part in ledges with two faces, followed by mounting the lining of the inverted vault.
EFFECT: accelerated time for construction due to the application of complex mechanisation: doubling the amount of faces during heading of the support tunnels and calottes, during development of the section core and installation of the inverted vault; also due to the significant reduction in the proportion of manual labour, since construction of a monolithic chamber allows for installation of block-laying trusses with milling machines without non-mechanised penetrations of curvilinear galleries on temporary wooden supports.
