METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING DEEP UNDERGROUND STATION ON OPERATING UNDERGROUND LINE WITHOUT INTERRUPTING TRAIN TRAFFIC Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E02D29/00

Abstract RU 2825811 C1

FIELD: underground construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underground construction and can be used in construction of underground station on span between operated stations on operating underground line without interruption of train traffic. Method for the construction of a deep underground station on an existing metro line without interrupting train traffic includes the construction of a middle station tunnel between two existing running tunnels, connection of the middle station tunnel, the upper arch of which is constructed from prefabricated elements, with the railway tunnels without interrupting the movement of trains and the formation of a deep underground station, at that, in the middle station tunnel, a passenger platform is constructed with technical rooms located under it, in the places of passengers passage from the middle station tunnel to the cars, the prefabricated elements of the lining of the running tunnels are partially dismantled, and running tunnels within underground station are converted into side station tunnels. Initially, support tunnels are drilled with sprinkled concrete support, monolithic supports are erected by concreting the cross-section of support tunnels with arrangement of openings in supports for passage of passengers. Further, a curvilinear tunnel is constructed from support tunnels, which repeats the outline of the upper arch of the middle station tunnel, the upper arch is drilled and the lining units of the upper arch are erected from the curvilinear tunnel with rest on monolithic supports. Then, under the protection of the upper arch, the soil of the core of the section of the middle hall of the station is developed, reinforcement is installed and the chute plate of the middle station is concreted, which rests on monolithic supports. Further, between the middle station tunnel and the side tunnels, galleries are formed within the station along the existing running tunnels, having a monolithic reinforced concrete roof and a chute plate, in the side station tunnels on the side of the galleries, monolithic reinforced concrete walls are erected, at that, the upper arches and the gallery lining chute plates from the side tunnels side are supported by the monolithic walls concreted in the side tunnels, from the middle tunnel side the arches and the galleries chute plates rest on the monolithic supports, between galleries and side station tunnels there are made openings for passage of passengers, made in monolithic reinforced concrete walls of side tunnels, in which sliding doors are installed on the side of side tunnels. Between the middle station tunnel and the galleries, openings for the passage of passengers are constructed, made in monolithic supports, the number of which is determined by calculation depending on the passenger flow, wherein reinforcement of frames of openings for passageways is installed in concrete body of supports, and concrete is placed in frames of openings simultaneously with concreting of supports.

EFFECT: providing creation of a deep underground station on the existing underground line without stopping the movement of trains during working hours, reduced volume of excavation and construction works during construction of middle station tunnel and partial reconstruction of operating tunnels, as well as increased safety of passengers when boarding cars.
