FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for the development of thin ore veins, represented by strong rocks. The method includes positioning the mining complex relative to the face, ensuring the width of capture along the strike of the thin ore vein by means of the positioning mechanism, excavating the ore mass with a bucket with a hydraulic cylinder and unloading it into a dump truck. A thin ore vein is successively loosened to a working width by directional blasting. Excavation of ore mass in automatic mode is carried out with a bucket with adjustable, by means of curved movable walls, width - taking into account the power of a thin ore vein. The horizontal layer is worked out in portions with a step-by-step movement of the mining complex relative to the bottom, ensuring the working width by means of the positioning mechanism. Subsequent mining of the underlying horizontal layer is carried out by moving the mining complex relative to the bottomhole, ensuring the working width in the opposite direction. Cleaning the side from ore fines in the process of dipping the ladle into the mine is carried out by a rotary water nozzle controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and technological efficiency by increasing functionality, reliability and ensuring the selectivity of the extraction of thin ore veins, reducing dilution, and reducing the environmental burden on the environment in the mining area.
