SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for filling the described elastic bags with liquid and semi-solid products, e.g., fruit juices, yoghurts, fruit purees, etc. The method for filling a thin-walled elastic package (1) with a drain attachment (6) includes providing a main channel (32) and an inner chamber (30) inside the drain attachment (6), wherein the main channel (32) extends into the inner chamber (30) through a tubular double wall (34), the diameter whereof is smaller than the diameter of the main channel (32). The inner side surface of the double wall (34) is therein connected with the surface of the main channel (32) by a truncated-conical connecting surface (36). The valve unit (50) comprises a normally closed valve (52) remaining clamped between the double wall (34) and the supporting part (70). The filling valve (104) serves to supply the product used to fill the package. The product is supplied from the filling valve to the main channel (32). The folding bars (69) are deformed so that the valve (52) opens under the impact of the product supplied to the main channel (32); the passage of the product into the inner chamber (30) is provided through the hole formed by the folding bars (69) deformed under the impact of said product. The drain attachment (6) comprises a normally closed membrane valve (52). The filling unit comprises a filling valve (104) whereby the product used to fill the package is supplied the valve (52), outside or inside the drain attachment (6).
EFFECT: creation of an effective and reliable method for filling an elastic bag with a drain attachment equipped with a spill prevention system.
