FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. A stent consisting of three sections is implanted: proximal, middle and distal into the damaged segment of the artery. At the same time, the proximal section with a length of 20 mm and a diameter of 8 mm consists of closed cells and is marked with tantalum marks. The middle section with a length of 80 mm and a diameter of 6 mm consists of open cells measuring 8x8 mm. The distal section with a length of 30 mm and a diameter of 5 mm is represented by semi-closed cells. Then balloon dilatation is performed, compression of the false channel is performed. In the area of the proximal section, a balloon with a size of 7x40 mm is used, in the area of the distal section, 5.5 x 40 mm.
EFFECT: method improves the results of surgical treatment of patients with brachiocephalic artery damage in acute aortic dissection and can be used to optimize surgical care for this form of the disease.
