SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to X-ray endovascular surgery, and allows for an increase in the area of proximal fixation/installation of a stent graft during endoprosthetics of the thoracic aorta, with the maintained antegrade blood flow in the branches of the aortic arch. Apparatus for piercing an implanted stent graft in the endoprosthetics of the thoracic aorta with covering of the left subclavian artery comprises an elastic metal tube with a length from 0.5 m to 1.2 m, with an outer diameter from 0.0005 m to 0.001 m, one end whereof is sharpened to an angle from 10° to 45°, and the other has a cannula coaxially combined with the metal tube, with growths for transmitting rotational motion to the sharpened end of the tube.

EFFECT: invention has fine controllability and high efficiency both in the speed of achieving the effect and in the final result.
