FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. The system of a stent graft for treating aneurysms and aortic dissection includes an aortic-bifurcation segment containing a main tubular body made of an expandable metal stent and a biocompatible woven material attached thereto, two iliac segments containing the tubular body, made of an expandable metal stent and a biocompatible woven material attached thereto. The biocompatible woven material is attached to the metal stent of the aortic-bifurcation segment along the entire length thereof, wherein the proximal and the distal ends of the segment are marked with radiocontrast markers. Additionally, the distal end is tied along the sagittal diameter of the aortic-bifurcation segment to form an octagonal profile. Two iliac segments in the form of "legs" containing the tubular body are made of an expandable metal stent and a biocompatible woven material attached thereto along the entire length thereof, wherein the proximal and the distal ends of the segments are marked with radiocontrast markers. The system therein comprises 1 to 4 additional segments for the proximal aorta, wherein each of the segments comprises a tubular body made of an expandable metal stent and a biocompatible woven material attached thereto along the entire length thereof, wherein the proximal and the distal ends of the segment are marked with radiocontrast markers. The method is implemented by implantation of the claimed apparatus.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions allows for antegrade fenestration in each segment opposite the mouth of the aorta blocked by segments of the system of a stent graft of vital arteries, without performing additional surgical accesses to the peripheral areas of the involved vessels, significantly reducing the risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications, including rupture of the aneurysm during isolation thereof.
