SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for the development of soils, namely to working equipment of hydraulic desiccators. A rotary mechanism of a hydraulic excavator bucket includes a handle with a bucket and a hydraulic cylinder of a drive pivotally connected to it and a rocker arm that is pivotally connected to the hydraulic cylinder of the drive and a rod that is pivotally connected to the bucket. The bucket is pivotally connected to the handle and the rod. At the same time, the rocker arm is pivotally connected to the hydraulic cylinder of the drive and the rod with one end, and the other end is mounted on the handle in guides and equipped with a drive.
EFFECT: increase in productivity and possibility of developing stronger soils.
