FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soil excavation machines, namely, to the working equipment of hydraulic excavators. The bucket rotation mechanism of a hydraulic excavator includes a handle, a bucket, a double-arm rocker with a main arm and an additional arm placed on both sides of the handle, a rod, a hydraulic cylinder of a drive, connected with the main arm of the rocker, and hinges connecting them. The bucket rotation mechanism of the hydraulic excavator is equipped with two additional hydraulic cylinders hinged to the additional rocker arm. The value of the angle between the arms of the double-arm rocker in the course of the stem of the hydraulic cylinder of the drive is from 160° to 180°.
EFFECT: invention expands the area of high forces on the teeth of the bucket, while allowing for a reduction in the diameters of the hydraulic actuators, and in the process of reinstalling the bucket, allows for excavation of soil using a front shovel with a 30% increase in the digging force.
