FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and road machines, in particular to excavators, excavating soil above parking level. Working equipment of the front shovel of a hydraulic excavator includes a boom, a handle and a bucket with control mechanisms – hydraulic cylinders. On the boom sides there are symmetrically installed posts rigidly connected to each other and hinged to the boom. Outriggers with heels are rigidly attached to them at opposite ends of each post. Posts are controlled by hydraulic cylinders fixed on the boom.
EFFECT: increased longitudinal stability of excavator at development of soil above level of parking and reduced load on excavator itself.
