SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to new aromatic compositions. The aromatic composition comprises a) two or more compounds in the amount of 5 to 25 wt.%, selected from ambrettolide, ethylene brassilate, (3E)-oxacyclohexadec-3-ene-2-one, muscenone, and 16-oxacyclohexadecane-1-one; b) two or more compounds in the amount of 1 to 25 wt.%, selected from isobornylcyclohexanol, (E)-2-ethyl-4-(2,2,3- trimethyl-1-cyclopent-3-enyl)but-2-ene-1-ole, ambroxide, ebanol, tetramethylacetyl octahydronaphthalines, and sandalore; c) two or more compounds in the amount of 0.5 to 5 wt.% selected from gamma-undecalactone, decalactone, and dodecalactone; d) two or more compounds in the amount of 15 to 35 wt.% selected from hedione, dimethylbenzyl carbinylbutyrate, cis-3-hexenylsalicylate, cyclohexylsalicylate, benzyl acetate, herbaflorate, (Z)-3-hexene-1-yl-methylcarbonate, and herbylpropionate; e) two or more compounds in the amount of 1 to 5 wt.% selected from ionone, damascene, and damascenone; f) two or more compounds in the amount of 1 to 30 wt.% selected from ethylisobutyrate, methyl anthranylate, ethyl-2-cyclopentenyl acetate, agrumex, manzanate, allylhepilate, ethylmethyl butyrate, galbanoxyacetate, phenoxyethyl isobutyrate, citronellyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, prenyl acetate, isoamyl butyrate, hexyl acetate, allylcyclohexyl propionate, and jasmaprunate; g) two or more compounds in the amount of 0.1 to 15 wt.% selected from florazone, heliotropin/piperonal, vertocitral/ligustral, helional, cyclamenealdehyde, aldehyde C12, melonheptenal, citral FF, heliotropin/piperonal, vertocitral/ligustral and florazone; h) two or more compounds in the amount of 10 to 30 wt.% selected from tetrahydrolinalool, ethylmaltol, floros/pyranol, phenylethyl dimethylcarbinol, phenylethyl alcohol, ethylinalool, phenoxanol, dihydromicrenol, and cis-3-hexenol; and i) dipropylene glycol and/or one or several other solvents in the amount of 1 to 30 wt.%. Also disclosed are a flavoured product and a method for enhancing the mood of the object.
