FIELD: meat treatment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a universal mobile unit for collection and primary processing of the blood of slaughter animals. The unit constitutes a thermally insulated van of a truck with a compartment for cooling and storage of the stabilised and defibrinated blood, as well as a compartment for primary processing of the blood of slaughter animals. The compartment for cooling and storage comprises vessels for storing the finished products and is configured to maintain a temperature of plus 4±2°C, and the compartment for primary processing of blood comprises a defibrinator, a stabiliser, a vessel for a stabiliser solution. The unit also comprises vessels for storing the finished products, a pump for supplying a stabiliser solution, a blood pump, as well as electric engines for driving the screw blades of the stabiliser and defibrinator.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of driving directly to the place of blood collection to perform primary processing thereof into one of the products.
