FIELD: meat industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the meat industry and can be used in providing services in slaughtering and primary dressing of farm livestock. Mobile slaughter complex includes a separate mobile slaughter unit. Located in the trailer car of a wheeled vehicle are a household unit, a dressing and refrigeration unit with a sanitary and hygienic area, and a primary treatment unit, on the inside whereof blinds are installed in front of the entrance door. Additional swing doors of the trailer car are equipped with a folding awning. In order to secure the carcass, the primary treatment unit is equipped with a stationary frame structure linked with the roof of the car and configured to be extended upwards to raise the roof over the primary treatment unit and lock in a new position. A multi-level layout of the functional units is used, wherein the dressing and refrigeration unit and the refrigeration unit are located on the same level and are linked by at least one suspended transport path. The floor level in the primary treatment unit is lower than the floor level in the dressing and refrigeration unit. Access to the storage room is provided from the primary treatment unit and from the dressing and refrigeration unit. The floor level in the household unit is higher than the floor level in the refrigeration unit. The space between the levels is used for storing a water tank, wherein an accumulator storage tank for waste water and sewage is located below said water tank. The household unit occupies the smaller part of the space of the refrigeration unit, is equipped with a separate entrance door and a door to the sanitary and hygienic area of the dressing and refrigeration unit. Flexible shells are used to isolate the inside of the primary treatment unit from the external environment when the roof over the unit is raised. The household unit is made using isothermal sandwich panels.

EFFECT: use of the invention can improve the quality of slaughter and treatment of farm livestock.
