FIELD: forestry engineering.

SUBSTANCE: grubber contains a supporting frame, a linkage mechanism, support wheels, a trimming bracket, an additional frame with a rotor, hydraulic control mechanisms for an additional frame, U-shaped trimming stands, pivotally connected to the bearing frame and made in the form of two-arm hydraulically controlled levers. The upper and lower arms of the arms of the struts are interconnected by splined hubs fixedly mounted on the splined ends of the axles, fixed against axial displacement on both sides by thrust washers and a threaded connection. The axles rotate freely in the hinges pressed into the bores of the bearing frame. The hinges are made in the form of blocks consisting of two bushings - an inner one made of wear-resistant steel and an outer one made of an elastic material, fixed on steel bushings of blocks designed to absorb the energy of cyclic alternating loads transmitted to the base frame from a vibrator, additionally installed on a trapezoidal traverse connecting the lower arms of the levers of the staples of the trimming staple motionlessly to each other.

EFFECT: provides increased productivity and operational reliability of the grubber.
