FIELD: forestry engineering.
SUBSTANCE: uprooter contains a supporting frame, a suspending mechanism, support wheels, a rotor placed on the brackets of the supporting frame, a knee-shaped beam in the form of double-arm levers, hingedly mounted on the supporting frame, controlled by a hydraulic cylinder located on the longitudinal axis of the supporting frame, stops and a U-shaped trimming bracket with lifts in the form of guide pins. The lower arms of the trimming bracket levers at the top are fixedly connected to each other by means of parallel posts and a jumper, and at the bottom they are fastened to the trimming bracket blade, forming a rigid frame. The upper ends of the trimming bracket posts are installed on the splined ends of the knee-shaped beam with the possibility of axial reciprocating movement from the crank mechanism, fastened on the knee-shaped beam. The blade of the trimming bracket, controlled by a movable frame, is made in the form of a saw.
EFFECT: design of the uprooter is simplified, the material consumption of the device is reduced, while the operational reliability is increased.
