FIELD: forestry engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry engineering, in particular to a continuous or positional grubber. The lifter includes a base frame, a linkage mechanism, support wheels, a U-shaped undercutting bracket with struts, an additional frame with a rotor. The lifter has hydraulic control mechanisms for an additional frame. The racks of the trimming bracket are pivotally connected to the supporting frame and are made in the form of two-armed hydraulically controlled levers. The upper arms of the levers of the trimming bracket struts are rigidly connected to each other by a beam pivotally connected through a hydraulic cylinder to the supporting frame, and the ends of the beam are rigidly fixed in the split heads of the upper arms of the trimming bracket. In the places where the heads of the hydraulic cylinder rod and the upper levers are installed, grooves with flanges are made to prevent axial displacement of the heads. The heads are made in the form of flanges and yokes, covering the grooves of the beam. From turning, the beams and yokes are fixedly connected by pressed-in pins. The fork of the body of the hydraulic cylinder is pivotally connected to the bracket, which is fixedly fixed on the axis of the bearing frame. To restrict the movement of the beam beyond the predetermined position of the undercutting bracket, stops are fixed on the supporting frame on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder. The additional frame is made in the form of a two-armed U-shaped lever. A rotor is installed at the end of the long arm, and the short arm is made in the form of an isosceles triangle, the top of which is pivotally connected to the hydraulic cylinder for controlling the additional frame. The base of the triangle is at the same time the pivot axis on the support of the supporting frame to ensure that the weight is overcome when the additional frame with the rotor is lifted.
EFFECT: invention provides the achievement of the technical result, which consists in increasing the operational reliability of the lifter while reducing production and operating costs.
