SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket and space engineering, in particular, to systems and apparatuses for fueling tanks with a liquid. The system for fueling tanks from a common fueling line comprises an intermediate and a final fueled tanks, a common fueling line, drainage lines of the tanks. The end tank is connected with the end part of the fueling line. The drainage line of the intermediate tank is connected with the low-pressure area of the fueling line, created by a narrowing apparatus. The end part of the drainage line of the intermediate tank is buried into the intermediate tank at a distance h providing the required free gas volume Vf in the upper part of the fueled intermediate tank. The intermediate tank can be made spherical.

EFFECT: reliability of the rocket is increased.
