FIELD: space technologies.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means and methods for orbital maintenance of a spacecraft (hereinafter – SC). Service modules or gondolas (102) can be deployed from main spacecraft (100) to a position next to a target SC, for example, using manipulators (122). Gondolas have one or more SC service components capable of performing at least one operation (for example, creating thrust for the movement and orientation of the target SC). Remote (radio) communication of gondola (102) with SC (100) or another point can be used.
EFFECT: providing a set of service options using gondolas of a simple and reliable design.
