FIELD: space technologies.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means and methods for docking, mainly when servicing uncooperated spacecrafts (hereinafter – SC). Servicing SC (10) serves for docking with engine chamber (18) of client SC (11) by means of capture node (20) installed on docking platform (14) with racks (16) resting on docking ring (19) of SC (11). SC (10) is equipped with engines: main engine (17) and low-thrust engine (18.2). Node (20) includes probe (22) and retracting node (23) providing fixation in chamber (18) and pulling SC (11) and (10) together (as well as their subsequent spreading and uncoupling).
EFFECT: decrease in the mechanical complexity and increase in the reliability of docking nodes of SC used in the maintenance of SC.
