FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to vehicles. A vehicle with a lighting element for orientation in the environment of the vehicle, as well as for optical recognition of obstacles and topographic features of the environment. The lighting element constitutes a laser with a laser beam projecting a structured pattern onto the surface of the environment. The pattern on the obstacle or topographic feature subject to recognition is distorted in a visually recognisable way. The vehicle is a snow groomer for preparing ski trails and slopes. The driver of the vehicle performs visual recognition of the environment with reference to a real object. The laser is capable of self-aligning by means of a gyroscopic sensor.
EFFECT: illumination is improved.
