FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to providing a visual indicator when the vehicle is at the required distance from an object. Vehicle includes an end portion facing the external object, a vehicle light device, a window adjacent to the end portion, and a proximity indicator. Light device is located adjacent the end portion and projects a light pattern onto the object. Proximity indicator is attached to the window in a predetermined position and is aligned with the light pattern on the object while the end portion is at a given distance from the object.
EFFECT: high efficiency of parking assistance.
