FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aluminium alloys of the AA7000 series, used in the aviation and space industry. The high-strength aluminium alloy comprises, in wt.%: 0.04 to 0.1 Si, 0.8 to 1.8 Cu, 1.5 to 2.3 Mg, 0.15 to 0.6 Ag, 7.05 to 9.2 Zn, 0.08 to 0.14 Zr, 0.02 to 0.08 Ti, max. 0.35 Mn, max. 0.1 Fe, max. 0.06 Cr, additionally, if necessary, 0.0015 to 0.008 Be, the rest aluminium and unavoidable impurities. The invention also relates to an article of the aerospace industry, operating in conditions of high voltage, made of the high-strength aluminium alloy and treated in accordance with the T74xx mode.
EFFECT: increase in the resistance of articles made of high-strength aluminium alloys to cracking under the environmental impact.
