FIELD: aerospace industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a deformable product, in particular rolled, extruded, forged, made of aluminum alloy of the 7xxx series and can be used in the aerospace industry. The deformable product made of aluminum alloy of the 7xxx series has the following composition, wt. %: Zn from 6.50 to 7.20, Mg from 2.30 to 2.60, Cu from 1.30 to 1.80, and Cu+Mg<4.50 and Mg<2.5+5/3(Cu-1.2), Fe up to 0.25 inclusive, Si up to 0.25 inclusive and optionally one or more elements selected from a group consisting of Zr up to 0.3 inclusive, Cr up to 0.3 inclusive, Mn up to 0.45 inclusive, Ti up to 0.25 inclusive, Sc up to 0.5 inclusive, Ag up to 0.5 inclusive, the rest is aluminum and impurities, while after aging it has a conditional tensile yield strength, measured in the L direction at a quarter of the thickness, more than 485-0.12*(t-100) MPa, where t is the thickness of the product in mm, the minimum service life measured in accordance with ASTM G47-98, at least 30 days at a voltage level in the transverse height direction of 170 MPa and a minimum value of Kmax-dev without crack deviation, determined in accordance with ASTM E647-13e01 in the L-S direction, at least 40 MPa√m.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a product with high strength, resistance to corrosion and mechanical cracking and resistance to crack deviation.
