FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a mobile complex for diagnosing viruses based on a vehicle. The complex includes a waiting area for patients, a diagnostic and treatment area, and a medical staff area, separated by partitions. The waiting area for patients and the area for diagnostics and treatment are made with the possibility of maintaining a constant negative pressure by the system to create negative pressure, and doorways are made in the partition separating the waiting area for patients and the area for diagnostics and treatment. The mobile complex is divided into a negative pressure box and a diagnostic box in which the diagnostic and treatment zone is located. In the box with negative pressure, containing a separate waiting area for patients, a biological material collection area and a medical staff area, a biological material study area and a corridor, separated by partitions, are additionally made. The biological material intake area and the medical staff area are additionally divided by insulating partitions into at least two cabins so that each isolated biological material intake compartment corresponds to an isolated medical staff compartment. In the partition between such cabins, there is at least one port equipped with personal protective equipment. The negative pressure box is connected to an air pump and a negative pressure system including piping, air control valves and electromechanical energy converters located at the bottom of the vehicle. The mobile complex is equipped with a dosing system for antiseptic supply, containing an antiseptic storage tank, a pump, a system of supply pipes, as well as antiseptic sprays, located at least in each cabin for the collection of biological material and each cabin of the medical staff. The diagnostic box is separated from the negative pressure box by a partition with a doorway.
EFFECT: creation of a mobile complex for diagnosing viruses based on a vehicle, in which it is possible to conduct both a study of biological material for the presence of viruses in a patient without contact of a potentially infectious patient with medical staff and other visitors, as well as other examinations, as well as constant disinfecting treatment of the premises of the mobile complex with an antiseptic.
