FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to a checkpoint for the passage of people who do not pose a threat of infecting others with an aerosol-transmitted viral disease. The checkpoint comprises an air supply apparatus and at least one controlled barrier and a means of controlling this barrier, depending on the readings of the air reception and testing means. The latter are made in the form of means of sampling a fixed portion of air exhaled by a person, a counter for the number of microparticles in the 0.05 to 0.55 mcm range in the sampled portion of air, and a means of analysing the readings of the microparticle counter. The air supply means is made in the form of a means for supplying air purified from microparticles.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and productivity of testing and, therefore, the throughput capacity of the checkpoint.
