FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: stand contains a base, on which by means of a frame movable in vertical direction is installed a traverse connected to weights, a reclining hydraulic cylinder mounted between the traverse and the base, and a loading mechanism for the tested elements, including a crawler and a pusher connected to pusher drive mounted in a vertical guide with supporting elements on the upper part made in form of staggered rigid rollers forming a roller, to which through a caterpillar belt covering a driven drum connected to crawler drive, test elements connected to traverse are based. The driving drums is made in form of wheel with pneumatic tire. The loads are fixed on the top of the traverse. The loading mechanism is mounted on a swivel frame, the axis of which is fixed to the lower part of the stand base and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic pulsator having a rod with a piston placed in a body that is mounted vertically on the swivel frame of stand to the side of crawler and is connected to the pump and tank of the hydroelectric power station through a servo-hydraulic distributor. The pusher is equipped with two horizontal levers installed inside caterpillar mover perpendicular to caterpillar belt, one end of which is connected to the swivel frame through the axis, the other ends are connected to hydraulic pulsator rod by means of two connecting rods located on both sides of the hydraulic pulsator body.
EFFECT: expansion of stand functionality, as well as facilitating the installation and testing including large diameter wheels.
