SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry and includes 1,2,4-triazolo-[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivative of the formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a pharmaceutical composition based on them. In the formula (I), R₁ and R₂ are the same or different and are selected from a group consisting of C₁-C₅ alkyl; R₃ is selected from a group consisting of CH₂R₈, CH₂CH₂R₈, CH=CHR₈,CH₂CH₂CH₂R₈, CH₂-OR₈, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, benzyl, pyridyl, wherein a substituent or substituents are selected from a group consisting of methyl, F, Cl, Br, I, ΝΟ₂; R₄, R₅, R₆, R₇ are the same or different and are selected from a group consisting of H and OCH₃; R₈is substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, wherein a substituent or substituents are selected from a group consisting of methyl, F, Cl, Br, I, NO₂.

EFFECT: compound of the formula (I) has cytostatic and cytotoxic effect relatively to ovarian, breast, prostate, lung cancer and lymphomas and shows low acute and systematic toxicity.
