DISEASE-ORIENTED GENOMIC ANONYMIZATION Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G06F21/62

Abstract RU 2765241 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method, system for the anonymization of genetic data from at least one subject, machine-readable carrier, on which a computer software product for the anonymization of genetic data is stored, and use of the method for the anonymization of genetic data from at least one subject are proposed. The method for the anonymization of genetic data from at least one subject, performed using the machine-readable carrier, provides for the selection of genetic data, determination of at least one subset of genetic data directly associated with the disease under study and anonymization of layers containing subsets of genetic data not directly associated with the disease under study. The specified stages are performed using the system containing a data interface made with the possibility of obtaining genetic data of at least one subject, an interface for data output by a user, made with the possibility of obtaining commands inputted by the user from a user input device to select a disease for the study, and a processor made with the possibility of implementing stages of the method.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows for increasing the accuracy of disease diagnostics, and it can be used in the field of genomics, genetics, bioinformation studies, transcriptomics, proteomics and systemic biology or diagnostics.
