SUBSTANCE: method, a device and a carrier for long-term storage of information to determine a risk level, which indicates a risk of recurrence of cancer after treatment or a risk of progressing cancer or death, where the degree of risk is based on a combination of derived activities of two or more cell signaling pathways in tissue and/or cells, and/or body fluid of the subject. Cell signaling pathways comprise a Wnt pathway, an ER pathway and/or a HH pathway. Degree of risk is determined such that the said risk of the clinical event within a certain period of time decreases with increase in PER and increases with increasing max (PWnt, PHH), where PER, PWnt and PHH denote the derived activity of the ER path, Wnt path and HH path, respectively.

EFFECT: presented group of inventions enables to determine the degree of risk of cancer recurrence after treatment, risk of progressing cancer or death.
