SUBSTANCE: exercise machine for the development of flexibility, strength and endurance of adductor muscles of the thigh and stabilizer muscles of the hip consists of two runners in the form of pipes connected by four sequentially arranged crossbars, a platform of two halves, rollers mounted in the platform, four support racks, four limiters of platform amplitude, two handrails, two handrails for longitudinal twine and two handrails for transverse twine, two rubber pads installed by one in the middle on each of runners, and two height-adjustable racks with hooks for attaching rubber tensioners. Four support racks are installed on two middle crossbars. On two runners, halves of the platform are located with the possibility of their extension using rollers. On each pair of support racks, one handrail is fixed opposite each other along runners next to the platform. Above handrails, three rack amplifiers are fixed across runners opposite each other on each pair of support racks. On the middle pair of rack amplifiers, handrails for longitudinal twine are fixed opposite each other, and on the latter, handrails for transverse twine are fixed transversely opposite each other. All the mentioned handrails have the possibility of height adjustment by means of fastening, platform amplitude limiters are installed at each end of runners.

EFFECT: invention provides a simplification of the design when it is possible to develop simultaneously adductor muscles of the thigh and stabilizer muscles of the hip.
