The simulator can be used by both adults and children during various exercises, including warm-up, for the development of motor coordination in trainees. The simulator can also be used for rehabilitation and preventive purposes, including for preventing the development of functional conditions and diseases associated with increased range of motion of the lower limbs. It can also be used to increase active movements in the lower extremities. The body of the simulator consists of a horizontal platform with a stand, a rear support part and a front support part. The rear support part is made in the form of a T-shaped part with a base in which a pair of eyes are made, fixed on the stand, with the possibility of rotation so that in the working condition of the simulator, the rear support part forms one plane with the horizontal platform. Slots are made in the rear support part for installing a stop for the user's foot. The front supporting part is made in the form of a U-shaped frame, consisting of two vertical posts, in the upper parts of which there are handles, and a horizontal crossbar. The front support part is rotatable so that in the working condition of the simulator it is located at an angle of 90 degrees to the horizontal platform. In the assembled state of the simulator, the rear support part and the front support part are located under the horizontal platform. The user places the lower limbs on the simulator in such a way that the back surface of the distal part of the thigh of the lower limb located in front is on the horizontal crossbar of the front part of the simulator, and the knee of the lower limb located behind is on the horizontal platform, while its foot is set at rest on the back of the trainer. With the hands, the user holds on to the handles of the simulator, while the user's body is in a vertical position. With the lower limbs, the user performs movements in the sagittal plane, extending the lower limb located in front of the front line at the knee joint and extending the thigh of the limb located behind the front line at the hip joint, without changing the initial position of the pelvis.
EFFECT: inventions group provides for the creation of a compact portable simulator for the development of longitudinal splits, while ensuring the safety of independent exercise, as well as increasing the efficiency of training for the development of mobility of the hip joints, including longitudinal splits, by increasing the functionality of the muscle groups surrounding the hip and knee joints during performing exercises using a simulator, including choreographic elements, during the period of training for children and adults who train.
