FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, namely to gel for treatment of infected wounds, and can be used for treatment and healing of superficial wounds of various aetiologies. Antibacterial agent in the form of a gel contains an aminoglycoside antibiotic - gentamycin, a thickener - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dimethylsulfoxide, derivative of 2(5H)-furanone-5(S)-[(1S,2R,4S)-1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-yloxy]-3-chloro-4-[(4-chlorophenyl)sulfonyl]-2(5H)-furanone as an antimicrobial agent of gentamycin and water, wherein the substances are taken in the following ratio: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 2 g, dimethyl sulphoxide 10 g, gentamycin 50 mg, 2(5H)-furanone derivative 4 mg, water - 88 g.
EFFECT: invention provides high antibacterial activity of the gel and accelerated wound healing.
