FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of petrochemical apparatus usable in production of petroleum. In particular, proposed is a forced injection system containing a supply mechanism, a composite forcing mechanism, a drive mechanism, a booster pump, and a mixer, made on a rack rail. The supply mechanism ensures preliminary mixing of water with the oil-displacing agent, wherein the output of the supply mechanism communicates with the inlet of the composite forcing mechanism by means of a pipeline, said composite forcing mechanism ensures stirring, mixing, dilution, and forced maturation of the pre-mixed solution, forming a mother solution, the mother solution is introduced from the outlet of the composite forcing mechanism to the inlet of the booster pump via a pipeline. Said pump injects the swollen mother solution into the mixer, the mixer ensures mixing of the mother solution and the diluted high-pressure water, as well as injection of the mixture into a petroleum and water bearing borehole. The power takeoff shafts of the composite forcing mechanism and the booster pump are therein driven by a drive mechanism.
EFFECT: significant reduction in the area and space occupied by the apparatus, significant reduction in the time of dispersion, dissolution, and maturation during preparation of the oil-displacing agent, and increase in the effectiveness of injection.
