FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a continuous manufacturing process for rubber masterbatch and rubber masterbatch prepared therefrom. Method comprises the following steps: step (1) of adding a filler to a rubber solution, forming a rubber/filler/solvent mixture by stirring, step (2) of coagulation of the rubber/filler/solvent mixture produced in step (1), resulting in a mixture of a rubber/filler composite and the solvent, and step (3) of removing the solvent and drying the mixture, resulting in a rubber/filler masterbatch. Method is carried out according to the wet compounding technology. Production process is continuous, highly efficient, low in cost.
EFFECT: rubber masterbatch obtained according to the invention has excellent technological characteristics, physical and mechanical properties and provides high product quality.
