SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communications. To achieve the effect, the user device comprises a control module and a reception module. The control module is configured to determine a plurality of control resources, a search space, and a transmission control indication state corresponding to a control signal to be monitored, said determination based on information related to a setting for receiving said control signal. The receiving unit is configured to switch the state of the transmission control indication during the execution of the random-access operation, and to monitor the control signal corresponding to the specified plurality of control resources in the specified search space.
EFFECT: providing tracking of the control signal transmitted from the base station.
