SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. An internal combustion engine with a drive contains at least one unit block containing a crankcase (1), a middle cylinder (2), side cylinders (3), pistons, a connecting rod (5) and a crankshaft (4). The engine is equipped with a rod (6) and rocker arms (7). The crankshaft (4) is pivotally connected by means of the connecting rod with the rod (6). The rod (6) is pivotally connected to rocker arms (7). Pistons (8) are pivotally mounted on rocker arms (7), placed in the side cylinders (3) forming the Reuleaux mechanisms. A piston (9) connected to a rod (6) is placed in the middle cylinder (2).
