SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the engine building. Two-stroke piston internal combustion engine includes a cylinder block equipped with purging (12) and outlet (11) openings. Pistons (7, 8) move in said cylinders in opposite directions, each of which controls blowing and discharge respectively. Mechanism for reciprocating movement of pistons (7, 8) into rotary motion of crankshaft by means of one common piston rod (2) and two rockers (3, 4) articulated via rod (5, 6) with each of pistons (7, 8). Rockers 3, 4 have fixed swinging centres and are connected with common connecting rod (2) by means of two-way hinges.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of fuel efficiency and improvement of weight and overall parameters.
