SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, namely, to a method for manufacturing a casting pattern. The method can be applied in casting of large-sized articles of complex configuration in design, mechanical engineering, in aerospace, shipbuilding, and other branches of industry. The method for manufacturing a casting pattern is characterised by the fact that a 3D model of the casting pattern is designed, the required amount of standard elements in the form of cubes for manufacturing a workpiece of the casting pattern is determined. A workpiece of the casting pattern is manufactured based on the calculated amount of individual standard elements by assembling and adhering the standard elements using a manipulator robot with a grip and applying an adhesive. The workpiece of the casting pattern is then milled by the manipulator robot to the predetermined dimensions, and a finished casting pattern is produced. A single rotary platform is used as a site for assembling, adhering, and milling the workpiece.

EFFECT: increase the speed of manufacture of the casting pattern with the maintained high manufacturing accuracy.
