SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel and energy industry, namely to fuel coal mixtures. Disclosed is a fuel composition consisting of a mixture of a charge and a catalyst, wherein the catalyst and the charge are taken in a weight ratio of 1:100, where the charge contains carbon-containing material in the form of loose powdered artificial graphite with a size range of 0–2 mm, with a moisture content of not more than 10%, with a carbon content of not less than 60%, with a sulfur content of not more than 1.5%, ash content of not more than 40% and lower combustion heat Qi r>5700 kcal/kg, sludge concentrate, sludge, fines, and coal dust with particle size of 0–0.1 mm, with the following content, wt%: carbon-containing material from 10 to 50% and sludge concentrate, sludge, fines, coal dust — the rest up to 100%.

EFFECT: development of fuel composition, including low-calorie materials, which is suitable for use in energy field.
