FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to interference fit of shaft-sleeve parts. Method of fitting shaft-sleeve parts is implemented, which includes pressing-in of the shaft into the sleeve and shifting the shaft relative to the sleeve in the direction opposite to the direction of shaft movement at pressing-in until the shaft-sleeve connection breaks down. Note here that said press comprises main and auxiliary cylinders arranged opposite the shaft to be fitted in place. Shaft is pressed into the sleeve by the main cylinder punch. Shaft is shifted relative to the bushing by the punch of the auxiliary cylinder by means of creation of hydraulic impact in the piston cavity of the auxiliary cylinder and in the rod cavity of the main cylinder. Connection breakdown is performed at incomplete hydraulic impact, for this purpose hydraulic distributor with adjustable flow area is used, which is installed in drain line of auxiliary cylinder.
EFFECT: technological capabilities are expanded.
