FIELD: pressure coupling of shaft-sleeve-type parts.
SUBSTANCE: one part is mechanically pressed into another by a press slider when force is generated on it by a piston cylinder with a one-sided rod. The intermittent longitudinal movement of the pressed part is carried out by the impact-pulse action of the slider on the pressed part, which is generated by a distributor with a rotating spool, which alternately connects the piston cavity of the mentioned cylinder with the pressure and drain lines. The rotation of the distributor spool is transmitted from the volumetric hydraulic motor associated with it with an adjustable speed of the output shaft. The cylinder with the slider and the part to be pressed in is moved along the length of the joint by an auxiliary cylinder connected to the body of the cylinder with the slider.
EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities and increased strength of the assembled joint.
