FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in mechanical assembly production when assembling joints of parts with an interference fit. The device comprises a slider capable of translational movement and force action on the pressed-in part, a piston shock-pulse hydraulic cylinder with a spring return of the piston and a one-sided rod coaxially connected with the slider, an actuator and a pulsator. The pulsator comprises a hollow housing, inside which is placed a rotor with a partition dividing the internal volume of the housing into two cavities, and connected to the motor shaft. The actuator is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, the rod of which is securely fixed on the frame. The body of the hydraulic cylinder is rigidly connected to the body of the shock-pulse hydraulic cylinder, and the working cavities are connected to the power source through a two-position reversible distributor. The cavity of the pulsator has the ability to rotate around the axis of the rotor and alternately connect the piston cavity of the shock-pulse hydraulic cylinder with the pressure and drain lines. Adjustable throttles are installed at the motor output, at the pulsator inlet and at the actuator hydraulic cylinder inlet.
EFFECT: expansion of process capabilities of the device and an increase in the strength of the assembled connection.
