FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for applying immune repertoire variety for assessing normal or deviating state of immune repertoire of an individual patient is described. The method includes stages of using primers targeted CDR3 sequences to determine the presence of individual CDR3 sequences in patient’s immune repertoire and identify a fraction of CDR3 sequences in percent of this common group of about 1000 the most frequent common CDR3 sequences detected within patient’s immune repertoire of individual CDR3 sequences to assess the state of patient’s immune repertoire.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for assessing normal or deviating state of immune repertoire of an individual patient.
