SUBSTANCE: invention relates to child car seats for use in a vehicle, in particular to a child car seat designed to increase the level of protection of a child sitting in a child car seat. Child car seat comprises a frame containing a guide element installed on the upper part of the frame, and an upper safety belt. Guide element is configured to guide and support with possibility of sliding upper safety belt when attaching upper safety belt to first anchor point of vehicle and second anchor point, which is fixed relative to vehicle. Second anchor point is attached to the base of the child car seat, the ISOFIX connector of the child car seat or the ISOFIX anchor point of the vehicle.
EFFECT: higher safety.
