FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of liquid and / or solid hydrocarbon wastes into useful products, waste such as oil sludge, waste oil, tires, wood and any types of plastic. Invention relates, in particular, to a rotor element for use in an ablative pyrolysis reactor, a reactor and a method of ablative pyrolysis, and their use in the process of processing wastes into fuel, in particular, to the process of plastic processing into fuel. Rotor element for use in an ablative pyrolysis reactor comprises a central longitudinal shaft and ablation blades having a fixed end and a free end configured to be in contact with the inner wall of the reactor housing, as well as one or more screw blades passing in radial direction from central longitudinal shaft, wherein the ablation blades are located in the space between the helical blade turns and/or in the space between the adjacent helical blades. Reactor for ablation pyrolysis comprises a reactor housing equipped with an inlet for supply of raw material for pyrolysis, an outlet for pyrolysis products, and a rotor which contains a rotor element. Another aspect of the invention relates to a pyrolysis method, comprising steps of a) preparation of raw material for pyrolysis from wastes, b) feeding raw material for pyrolysis into an ablation pyrolysis reactor according to the invention and pyrolysis of the raw material to obtain pyrolysis products.
EFFECT: conversion of organic wastes into useful products with maximum output of useful product with minimum consumption of energy and minimum amount of unsuitable product residues, as well as with minimum emission of generated exhaust gases into environment.
