FIELD: raw material processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pyrolysis reactor containing a housing with an outer shell and an inner shell located concentrically with a sealed gap relative to it, a pyrolysis reaction area inside the inner shell, dampers located at the ends of the reaction area to seal it, a means of supplying raw materials to be pyrolysed into the reaction area, a supply means heated inert gas into a gap containing pipes located in the gap along the longitudinal axis of the reactor with holes located along their periphery for releasing heated inert gas into the gap, the number of holes being selected to ensure the preheating temperature, pyrolysis temperature and cooling temperature in each of the sequentially located in the reaction area of the reactor of the preheating, pyrolysis and cooling zones, wherein the number of holes in the pyrolysis zone is greater than in the preheating zone, and in the cooling zone is less than in the preheating zone, and a means for releasing pyrolysis gas connected to the reaction area of the reactor. The invention also concerns a pyrolysis complex for processing raw materials.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the pyrolysis reactor and the technological process of pyrolysis.
