FIELD: car industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a car suspension. A three-point suspension lever for the undercarriage of a vehicle contains two brackets, a central support area, two load input elements, a central load input element, a stabilizing layer made of at least two parts, a middle element and carrier winding. Each bracket has a support area with a load input element. The stabilizing layer and carrier winding are made of fibrous polymer composite material. The central element is located in the central support area. The middle element is surrounded in a partial area by the stabilizing layer flatly attached to load input elements and to the central load input element. A shape of the lever is created by means of the middle element. The middle element has two brackets, a central support area, side and two cover surfaces. The side surface has two sections, the first is located in the inner area and the second is located in the outer area of both brackets. Carrier winding surrounds in the partial area load input elements, the central element, the stabilizing layer and the middle element. The partial area, in which the stabilizing layer surrounds the middle element, is the side surface of the middle element. The stabilizing layer has a fiber direction oriented from support to the central support area. Carrier winding formed by combining perimeter winding and cross winding is made of unidirectional polymer composite fiber bundles, which in the area of brackets pass parallel to the corresponding bracket and are stretched along it.
EFFECT: reduction in weight and possibility of using the lever for lightweight structures is achieved.
