FIELD: car industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a structural element of a suspension lever for a running gear of a vehicle is carried out by means of a three-dimensional winding method. In this case, the structural element has at least two arms, each of which has a sleeve, and a twisting area, which is connected to at least two arms. Moreover, a thread or several parallel threads of fibrous polymer composite material are laid on a core in a combination consisting of several different winding patterns. Each thread is pre-impregnated, each winding pattern affects at least one mechanical characteristic of the structural element, and mechanical characteristics of the structural element are purposefully set by repeating and selecting material of individual winding patterns, mechanical characteristics of the structural element are purposefully set by a predetermined sequence and mixing of individual winding patterns. Moreover, to ensure the transmission of a load from one partial section of the structural element to another partial section of the structural element, two or more different winding patterns follow each other.
EFFECT: invention provides an improved possibility of manufacturing a structural element by means of a three-dimensional winding method by a robot.
